Drop In Dog Walking

Cancellation Policy

Client Policies & Expectations Thank you for trusting me with your four-legged family member! My goal is simple: to provide your dog with a safe, enjoyable, and dependable walk while giving you peace of mind while you’re busy, working, on vacation etc. I treat every dog with care and will always prioritize their safety, comfort, and well-being. OUR WALKS Standard service: • 25-minute individual dog walk • $20 per dog, per visit • Walks are currently offered within Carnes Crossroads • Available 7 days a week • Scheduling is available between approximately 6:00am-7:45pm M-F & 6:45-7:45pm Sat/Sun Walks are intended to provide movement, fresh air, bathroom opportunities, and enrichment. Your dog will be given reasonable opportunities to use the bathroom during their walk. Disposal of any waste on walks. This 25-minute service begins when I arrive at your home, and your dog is ready to go. SAFETY FIRST For everyone's safety: • Dogs must be secured with a properly fitted collar or harness and leash before leaving the home. • Please let me know about any behavioral tendencies, fears, triggers, medical concerns, escape behaviors, or previous incidents involving your dog. • Dogs who display aggressive or unsafe behavior toward people or other animals must be disclosed prior to their first walk. • I reserve the right to end a walk early if I believe continuing would put your dog, myself, another person, or another animal at risk. • Dogs will never be intentionally off-leash during a standard walk. • I will make reasonable efforts to avoid unsafe situations, including unfamiliar dogs, unsafe traffic, or other environmental hazards. Honesty is important here! There is no judgment if your dog is reactive, nervous, strong, stubborn, anxious, or has a big personality. The more I know, the better I can care for them! WEATHER & ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS Walks may be shortened, modified, rescheduled, or canceled due to conditions such as: • Extreme heat • Severe thunderstorms • Lightning • Flooding or unsafe walking conditions • Extreme cold If weather makes an outdoor walk unsafe, I may substitute the walk with a shorter outdoor bathroom break/enrichment visit when appropriate. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING I understand that life happens! Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule a walk. For recurring clients, consistent communication is appreciated so that your time slot can potentially be made available to another client.
